In North America, we deliver to Continental United States. Please note we may not be able to ship to certain remote/isolated areas of these regions. If this is the case, we will contact you for alternative solutions.
Zerano offers a one-year warranty on all e-bikes, for more specific warranties, please check the warranty policy.

Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions please follow the guides provided in the box

Yes, our ebikes are IP6 waterproof. You can ride our Zerano bikes in the rain or through a puddle. Do take note that we do not recommend riding during heavy rain due to safety reasons. Also, do not use high-pressured jets to clean the bike. This is to avoid damaging the electrical components.
Yes, the seat is not fixed, the seat can be replaced and the height adjusted.
We recommend professional servicing every 6 months or after 1,000 miles of riding. Zerano can provide accessories for you to replace, just contact our customer service at zeranoebikes@gmail.com for more details.
Yes! The Zerano Z1 & Quest are designed for off-roading. The fat tires and 1000w motor will ensure that you are in control when taking to the trails.
1. Regularly applying lubricant.
2. Checking all bolts and screws on electric bike for tightness.
3. Clean the e bike often.
4. Checking and maintaining the proper tire.
5. Regularly checking and replacing brake.
1. Use original battery charger, use of other models or brands may bring about safety issues;
2. Don’t run out of the battery for your each ride. Normally when the battery power comes to 20%, try to fully charge the battery to prolong its life span.
3. Do not leave batteries unused for extended periods of time. Charge or discharge the battery to approximately 50% of capacity before storage. Charge the battery at least once per two months. Store the battery separately from the product in a dry and ventilated environment.
